Syntergy’s Audit Module provides enhanced tracking on users, groups, folders, documents and compound document events. The need for tracking events such as the changing of permissions, ownership and all other operations on a document are key requirements in certain regulated environments. Also knowing what user additions, deletions, permission changes and memberships along with specific date and time information is very important.
Folder Audit Events include: Add, Delete, Set Permissions, Move, Copy, Change Description, Rename, Change Owner and Change Owner Group.
Document and Compound Document Audit Events include: Add, Add Version, Delete, Reserve, Unreserve, Archive, Set Permissions, Delete Version, Change Description, Rename, Copy, Move, Change Owner, Change Owner Group and Download.
User Audit Events that are logged include: Create, Delete, Update, Add To Group, Remove From Group, Login and Logoff events.
Group Audit Events that are logged include: Create, Delete, Update, Member Added, Add To Group, Member Removed and Remove From Group events.
All changes to user records are copied to a history table. The user record information in the history table can be used by reports to determine the entire state of the user at that point in time and exactly what was changed at what point in time.
The Audit module includes a set of over thirty LiveReports that contain detailed information captured by the audit tracking module. |
