Syntergy Customer Wins Best New Livelink® Technology Award

Syntergy's replication solution, developed for a global consulting customer in Australia, was recognized with an award for Best New Livelink® Technology product at Livelink®Up Europe today. "It is great to be recognized by Open Text®, especially in such a prestigious category." said Syntergy president Tyler Lawton from Paris, France. "We have always claimed to be the Livelink® technology leader so we are very excited the synchronization solution was recognized."

The solution works with Livelink® to provide a cost-effective method for supporting a distributed network of Livelink® servers with selective replication of data and content. This optimizes the use of bandwidth and IT infrastructure while providing local access at the best possible speed available. It does so while supporting and leveraging all of Livelink®’s capabilities, thereby providing a truly powerful, globally capable, knowledge management and collaboration tool.

   Affinity Partner Outstanding Performance

Syntergy Wins Affinity Partner Award

Syntergy was recognized by Open Text® this week with an award for "Affinity Partner Outstanding Performance". The award was given at the Open Text® annual sales conference in Canada and was presented to Syntergy President Tyler Lawton by Don Pasquale of Open Text®.

Pasquale highlighted the strong technical expertise that Syntergy has demonstrated in Livelink® development. He described how Syntergy had earned the award by successfully implementing customizations for multiple Livelink® customers.

Afterwards Lawton thanked Open Text® and their CEO Tom Jenkins, and reminisced on the early days when he implemented the first Livelink® Intranet ever for Qualcomm Incorporated. "Back then there wasn't any documentation so we had to learn everything just to know what was there. It was a big effort but it has really paid off in the long run."
