Syntergy Offers New Administrator Training
Who said technical training can't be fun? The first in a series of action packed Livelink® classes is being offered as a refresher or for new Livelink® Administrators. The 3 day training facilitates teamwork as it steps through the necessary preparation and information gathering required for resource planning, system design considerations, software installation for Livelink® and Livelink® configuration. The training also includes interactive activities for how to perform key administration tasks, and covers the most common calls for help from Livelink® users and how to resolve them. Additional Livelink® End-User classes will be offered soon in this dynamic training format.
