Livelink® Analyzer
As part of the ShareLink Suite, it examines your environment and produces a report that outlines the information to be used for planning. It identifies the key issues that will need to be mapped later in the process.

It allows for two specific modes of operation. The first is an overall report on the entire Livelink® implementation (total document, listing of age of system, permission model issues, category reports etc). The second allows for selecting specific areas of Livelink® into an Excel spreadsheet report for all the files in the path or an exception report on path depth and filename lengths.

The ShareLink Suite is not sold without Syntergy Consulting Services.


  • Identify all object types and counts.

  • List grouping of age of document per year and use of personal sites.

  • Identify paths and filenames that exceed specified thresholds.

  • List files from a specific starting point in .CSV format.

  • Normalize permissions and report on total folders with unique permissions and files with unique permissions.
